Hey sis! Welcome to the Galatians Companion Library, your companion resource designed to help you study the book of Galatians in context and discover the freedom, grace, and identity we have in Jesus Christ. Whether you're using the Bible Study Corner™ Guided Bible Companion, studying on your own, or teaching others, you'll find tools here to help you dig deeper into God's Word with confidence.

This page is filled with carefully selected resources to help you understand not only what Galatians says, but why it matters. As you journey through Paul's passionate letter to the churches in Galatia, you'll discover the life-changing truth that we are saved by grace through faith- not by works of the Law. You'll explore what it means to be justified by faith, adopted as God's children, and called to walk by the Spirit rather than the flesh. Most importantly, you'll see how every chapter points to Jesus Christ- the One who fulfilled the Law, redeemed us from its curse, and secured the freedom we could never earn on our own.

My prayer is that these resources encourage you to slow down, open your Bible, and rest in the sufficiency of Christ. Galatians isn't simply a letter correcting false teaching; it's a powerful reminder that our identity is found in Jesus alone, that salvation is a gift of God's grace, and that true freedom is discovered not by striving harder, but by trusting completely in the finished work of Christ.

But First... Pray

Prayer Before Studying Galatians

Heavenly Father,

As I open the book of Galatians, I ask You to open my heart and my mind to Your truth. Thank You for preserving Your Word so that I can know You more deeply and understand the incredible grace You have shown through Jesus Christ.

As I read, help me see more than a letter correcting false teaching. Show me the beauty of the gospel, the freedom found in Christ, and the truth that I am saved by Your grace through faith- not by anything I could ever do to earn Your love. Teach me to rest in the finished work of Jesus rather than striving to prove myself.

Reveal the ways this book points me to Jesus- my Redeemer, my righteousness, and the One who fulfilled the Law on my behalf. Give me wisdom to understand the Scriptures in their proper context and a humble heart that is willing to be changed by what I learn.

Help me not to rush through these pages, but to slow down, ask good questions, and delight in discovering the richness of Your Word. May this study deepen my faith, strengthen my walk with You, and remind me that true freedom is found in living by the Spirit and trusting in Christ alone.

Thank You for Your grace that saves me, Your Spirit who transforms me, and Your unfailing love that never depends on my performance. May everything I learn lead me to worship You more fully and to live each day in the freedom You have given me through Jesus.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.
