Refund policy

Order Returns to Jesus Bling & Sparkly Things, LLC

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@jesusblingandsparklythings.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 622 Carriere, MS 39426.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will refund the order subtotal, not including the shipping. If you would like the product re-shipped to you, you will need to place a new order and pay for shipping again.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on liquid items such as our jewelry cleaning kits and liquid fragrances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges/Returns


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The following conditions apply:

We will gladly exchange all non-personalized item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unopened and not damaged in any way. You will need to pay for shipping back to Jesus Bling & Sparkly Things, LLC and then we will send you an invoice to pay for shipping back to you.

Returns on non-personalized items are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition. You are responsible for shipping the item back to Jesus Bling & Sparkly Things, LLC. Once we receive the item at our shop, we will inspect the product and process your refund for the price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items. Personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital products, sale and last chance items, or gift cards. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Cancellations

Once we have started production on a personalized item, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order, nor can we issue a refund. Production may start immediately after placing an order. You may reach out to us at hello@jesusblingandsparklythings.com to ask about the status of your order.
