Production Time

Please understand that that products you are ordering are handmade products. We make every item we sell in-house. Production time means the time it takes us to produce your product. This means we will need time to make your product. Production may start as soon as you place your order, but be advised, it may take longer depending on the orders ahead of you.  Listed below are the production times based on whether you purchase non-personalized products or personalized ones. Once an order with a personalized item is in production, we can not make any changes to the order, cancel the order, or issue a refund. 

• Non-personalized products may take up to 7-10 business days
• Personalized products may take up to 2-3 weeks - we will make every effort to ship sooner but due to the nature of having to custom print personalization, it may take the full 3 weeks before it ships out to you.

Shipping

We ship orders to the Continental U.S. only using USPS First Class Mail, Priority Shipping, and UPS. Please note that once you receive your tracking number, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost orders, etc. You will need to contact the carrier if you see an issue with your tracking. We are also not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. We ship to the address YOU provide us and it is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate address. We hope to ship internationally in the future, but as of right now, we only ship within the U.S.
