Hey sis! Welcome to the Leviticus Companion Library, your companion resource designed to help you study the book of Leviticus in context and discover God's call to holiness, true worship, and life in His presence. Whether you're using the Bible Study Corner™ Guided Bible Companion, studying on your own, or teaching others, you'll find tools here to help you dig deeper into God's Word with confidence.

This page is filled with carefully selected resources to help you understand not only what Leviticus says, but why it matters. As you study the sacrifices, the priesthood, the festivals, the laws of purity, and the Day of Atonement, you'll discover that these chapters are far more than a list of ancient regulations. They reveal God's holiness, His provision for atonement, and His desire to dwell among a people set apart for Him. Most importantly, you'll see how every sacrifice, every priestly duty, and every offering points forward to Jesus Christ-our perfect High Priest, our spotless sacrificial Lamb, and the once-for-all atonement for our sins.

My prayer is that these resources encourage you to slow down, open your Bible, and grow in your understanding of God's holiness and His incredible grace. Leviticus isn't simply a book of laws; it's a beautiful picture of a holy God making a way for sinful people to draw near to Him through the sacrifice that would one day be perfectly fulfilled in Christ.

But First... Pray

Prayer Before Studying Leviticus

Heavenly Father,

As I open the book of Leviticus, I ask You to open my heart and my mind to Your truth. Thank You for preserving Your Word so that I can know You more deeply and understand Your holy character.

As I read, help me see more than laws, sacrifices, and ceremonies. Show me Your holiness, Your justice, Your mercy, and Your desire to dwell among Your people. Teach me that every command reveals something about who You are and what it means to live a life set apart for Your glory.

Reveal the ways this book points to Jesus- our perfect High Priest, our spotless sacrificial Lamb, and the once-for-all atonement for our sins. Give me wisdom to understand these Scriptures in their proper context and a humble heart that is willing to be transformed by what I learn.

Help me not to rush through these pages, but to slow down, ask good questions, and delight in discovering the richness of Your Word. May this study deepen my reverence for Your holiness, strengthen my desire to walk in obedience, and draw me into a closer relationship with You.

Thank You that because of Jesus, I can confidently draw near to You- not because of my own righteousness, but because of His perfect sacrifice. May everything I learn lead me to worship You more fully and to live a life that reflects Your holiness and grace.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.
